The muckrakers were reform-minded journalists, writers, and photographers during America's Guilded Age (1890s-1920s). They shined a light on the corruption of our country's oligarchy, along with the politicians who did their bidding.

President Teddy Roosevelt, who coined their name, relied upon the muckrakers to help build a movement strong enough to break the billionaire's monopolies and give power back to the people.

Like the muckrakers in America's first Guilded Age, the Minocqua Brewing Company seeks to monitor, document, and disseminate government abuse at the hands of Trump's MAGA thugs in America's Dairyland through our team of volunteer citizen journalists.
