“The people who (won’t) have the CHOICE are poor women, and that frankly doesn’t make any sense as national policy.” – Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Hi Friends,
On the heels of Women’s Marches throughout the country last Sunday, which was the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade--the landmark Supreme Court decision that guaranteed access to abortion in the United States but was recently overturned--I'd like to introduce CHOICE Sauvignon Blanc.
CHOICE Sauvignon Blanc was inspired by the Minocqua Brewing Company in partnership with Equality Vines, a cause-based winery in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley that was co-founded by Jim Obergefell, the named plaintiff for another landmark Supreme Court case that legalized same-sex marriage in the United States.
Not only is this wine made from some of the best sauvignon blanc grapes in the world, it is a mini-billboard that supports a woman’s fundamental right to make her own personal and private health care decisions.
We invoke the memory of the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, a valiant advocate for choice, by encircling our bottle with her famous collar. If you scan your phone over the QR code on this collar, you’ll find a video of RBG herself explaining why banning abortion only hurts poor women, which makes no sense as national policy.
As with all of our CHOICE products, a percentage of the proceeds of each bottle sold will be donated to reproductive rights groups in the state where it was sold.
This limited release is currently available for presale online IN EVERY STATE except for Alabama, Alaska, Kentucky, Utah, West Virginia, and Oklahoma.
If you live outside of the Midwest or Washington DC and have never been able to buy any products from the Minocqua Brewing Company, now is your chance.
Reserve your bottle today, and you will receive it in the mail no later than the first week of March.

Thanks for your support, and thanks for believing in us.
We can now help restore women's reproductive rights across the country, one glass of wine at a time.
